David Woodfield – Realist
I agree only to a point with the result of my personality test, in which I was assessed as a realist. I do see myself as conscientious, loyal, and respectful of rules, qualities of a realist according to the test, but unfortunately, I am not great at meeting deadlines. Neither do I see myself as obsessed with schedules and critical of others. I believe that I am quite tolerant of others because I am all too aware that I make mistakes too. Humility to me is a key quality, and when you assess that you are on the same level as others rather than above them you tend to be more understanding of their failings.
I love your mindset!

ReplyDeleteI agree with you that humility is important. It makes me feel like an unfilled bottle of water, always open to learning and growing.
