Erina Yokobe – Realist

 I believe the result of my personality test is not match to me. The reason why I think so is that there are few explanations which apply to me. I agree with that I am loyal. Especially, I am loyal to my family. If I face any problems, I talk about them to my family first. Besides, I am proud of my family even though they have both great points and weak points. I disagree with other explanation of “realist”, and one of the most difficult to understand for me is that I am a mature person. I’m still relying too much on my parents, so being independent is a goal which I must realize during this studying abroad.

      Thank you for your reply!! I'm happy to know that you are also realist! I have many things to do to be more independent. For example, becoming more active. I'd like to be able to act from myself!

    I understand that being independent is important for you right now. What is your plan to work on becoming more independent during study abroad?

      Thanks for your reply! One of my plans to be more independent is that doing something from myself. I tend to be passive, so I set this as a goal. I'll do my best to achieve it!

    I agree with you that you are a loyal person. I also think that you are straightforward too. In terms of an independent person, I just found out that I face the same problem as you too. So, I hope we will become more mature in the future.

  I disagree the result of personal test which I am assessed as innovator. I don’t see myself as imaginative, sociable and sympathetic. I like to talking, but I rarely start conversations myself. I also disagree that I assessed as creative, I think creative person act out of line, but I behave as a normal people and have not professionality anything. I only agree with that I am assessed as rebellious. I used to don’t follow what teacher says in school. I did what I wanted to do freely.

  I totally agree with this result. I think one of my strengths is being conscientious and mature. I always care about other people’s feelings and try to see things from different perspectives. This result also says that I tend to avoid conflict, which is true because I don’t like trouble or arguments with others. I try to avoid them as much as possible, even if it means enduring something unpleasant. However, I know that avoiding conflict is not always a good thing and sometimes doesn’t lead to productive outcomes.  If I had to disagree with one point, it would be that others take advantage of me. I’ve never felt that way. If I realized that someone was trying to take advantage of me, I would make sure to express my opinion clearly.
