Keigo Tominaga - Innovator

 

I disagree the result of personal test which I am assessed as innovator. I don’t see myself as imaginative, sociable and sympathetic. I like to talking, but I rarely start conversations myself. I also disagree that I assessed as creative, I think creative person act out of line, but I behave as a normal people and have not professionality anything. I only agree with that I am assessed as rebellious. I used to don’t follow what teacher says in school. I did what I wanted to do freely.

    I can relate your opinion, “I like to talking, but I rarely start conversations myself”. In what sort of situations do you want to start conversation yourself?

    It’s interesting how you see yourself from the test result. Being rebellious can sometimes lead to new ideas I think.

    I'm so glad to know about you. I'm little similar to you that I like to talk with friends but I'm not good at starting conversation. But, I'm trying to start conversation in here to improve my language and communication skills.

  I totally agree with this result. I think one of my strengths is being conscientious and mature. I always care about other people’s feelings and try to see things from different perspectives. This result also says that I tend to avoid conflict, which is true because I don’t like trouble or arguments with others. I try to avoid them as much as possible, even if it means enduring something unpleasant. However, I know that avoiding conflict is not always a good thing and sometimes doesn’t lead to productive outcomes.  If I had to disagree with one point, it would be that others take advantage of me. I’ve never felt that way. If I realized that someone was trying to take advantage of me, I would make sure to express my opinion clearly.
