Yuriko Iizuka – Provider

I partly agree with my personality as the Provider. I am steady, warm, traditional, and tend to avoid conflict. One of my steady and traditional episodes is that I am sub-captain of my club team because I am dependable, and I can follow the rules strictly. I sometimes make white lies to avoid someone feeling uncomfortable, that’s why I am always warm and tend to avoid conflict. However, I am not easy-going because I usually make my routine, and I want to do what I need to do quickly. Also, I am not a completely sympathetic person. I can be sympathetic when something is related to me, but except those things, I would be indifferent. I cannot express my thoughts directly when people do not get along with me.

      Yes, I can work completely. But I am indecisive so it takes time what I need to make decision.

      Maybe, I changed my personality when I start a junior high school. Since I started a junior high school, I moved to my grand mother's house to commit to the school, so that I could be dependable.

    I totally understand telling a white lie to avoid conflict, because I sometimes do it as well. I think it's wonderful to have a caring heart for others.

    Interesting to hear about your role as sub-captain! It’s great that you can maintain your routine and stay committed to your responsibilities. The ability to complete tasks reliably is an important skill, and it seems like you have a strong sense of duty. And you also let me know new words like 'indifferent'!

  I disagree the result of personal test which I am assessed as innovator. I don’t see myself as imaginative, sociable and sympathetic. I like to talking, but I rarely start conversations myself. I also disagree that I assessed as creative, I think creative person act out of line, but I behave as a normal people and have not professionality anything. I only agree with that I am assessed as rebellious. I used to don’t follow what teacher says in school. I did what I wanted to do freely.

  I totally agree with this result. I think one of my strengths is being conscientious and mature. I always care about other people’s feelings and try to see things from different perspectives. This result also says that I tend to avoid conflict, which is true because I don’t like trouble or arguments with others. I try to avoid them as much as possible, even if it means enduring something unpleasant. However, I know that avoiding conflict is not always a good thing and sometimes doesn’t lead to productive outcomes.  If I had to disagree with one point, it would be that others take advantage of me. I’ve never felt that way. If I realized that someone was trying to take advantage of me, I would make sure to express my opinion clearly.
