How to Find Your Passion and Make it Your Job - Sultan Al Mazrooei

Firstly she ask the public if they know what they will be after leaving education, and she wasn't have any idea about what she gonna be also 
she was working in a good job where a nice salary and she had a hob security but she didn't realize if this 
is the best job for her or not , then she decide to write a list about her dream job to do it and explore them 



 Then she start talking about how you can find the best job for u, and she explain how u can do this by  asking your self some question which will help u to order some jobs then u have to see if u have a talent or a passion to work in this job and u have to make sure that u can bear the job atmosphere 



My opinion about Emma that she might be true in some of her speech but we shouldn't forget that you can't always change your job, because maybe u will get a gob with a high perks that u can't leave it like job security and the salary which maybe u can't find it in another job that u like it 

To sum up u have to think about your future and which job u gonna feel comfertable with it, but also u  have to take the right decisions for your career life

    I think the idea that we can't change our job any time is important to avoid quitting our job easily without deep thoughts.

    I agree with your opinion that sometimes it is a very tough decision to change our existing job that has all good benefits such as good salary, job security and clear path of career ladder. On the other hand, I also think that if we are not satisfied with the job, it is also essential that we try to find works that we are happy to do.

    I agree with you on the point that we cannot change jobs easily in the long term. I would like to share a recent story from my country about the social security fund possibly failing. It makes me rethink whether I should give my money to others or manage it by myself.

Keigo Tominaga - Innovator

  I disagree the result of personal test which I am assessed as innovator. I don’t see myself as imaginative, sociable and sympathetic. I like to talking, but I rarely start conversations myself. I also disagree that I assessed as creative, I think creative person act out of line, but I behave as a normal people and have not professionality anything. I only agree with that I am assessed as rebellious. I used to don’t follow what teacher says in school. I did what I wanted to do freely.

  I totally agree with this result. I think one of my strengths is being conscientious and mature. I always care about other people’s feelings and try to see things from different perspectives. This result also says that I tend to avoid conflict, which is true because I don’t like trouble or arguments with others. I try to avoid them as much as possible, even if it means enduring something unpleasant. However, I know that avoiding conflict is not always a good thing and sometimes doesn’t lead to productive outcomes.  If I had to disagree with one point, it would be that others take advantage of me. I’ve never felt that way. If I realized that someone was trying to take advantage of me, I would make sure to express my opinion clearly.
